What kind of invitation is that? Same Nigerian Police could have called Timi on phone inviting them to make statements. This is pure intimidation and a lot of Nigerians have had this bitter experience in the hands of Nigerian security agents. There is more to it when a so- called man of God relies on instruments of a state to defend himself. Flee from any man or woman of God that preaches the Gospel but tells you to leave God out of some matters. . 8 Likes |

ukahrawah: This is just wow! Goes a long way to explain how you folks reason. That because he’s a “pastor” he should not rely on instruments of state to defend himself when he’s hurt even when he pays his taxes? Meaning Perhaps if you steal his property or hurt him, he should not take the matter to the police and the courts but should take it to “judge Jesus” right? Social media truly gives “everything a voice”... after all, a goat trended this past week on this forum. Back to topic: Timi should kindly go to the police and spare us the rants please. You accused a man of something as vile as rape, dragged and gas lit him all over SM without evidence of the act except a convoluted story of the “victim’s” version of the crime on social media, without actually reporting to the police the crime committed. The accused has decided to take his case to constituted authorities, now double standard activists and hate mongers like you come out to say why should he go to the police because he’s a pastor but you believed the person claiming the man raped her. If the accusation is true, Timi should be happy justice ain’t far away. I thought he had a retinue of lawyers ready to fight the case on he and his wife’s behalf for free? 39 Likes 3 Shares |

Xda59:with a bus full of armed police men just to serve letter. The police would have done this quietly and professionally. This kind of show of force will make other victims feel intimidated to speak up. 4 Likes |

adewest1999:that was not the reply u should gave him. u should ask him may be dakolo family filed a case in a court of law or did they write or invite police to the matter. u came online to accused someone, and he think is a lie and went ahead to involve police. so what else. let the investigation start. 2 Likes |

The pastor has not left the battle to God anymore. This is good news. Still wonder why the police went to serve a letter fully armed with assault rifles Anyways, let the investigation(s) begin. Other accusers should come forward too. 2 Likes

Xda59:Walahi, pray police does not "invite" you. Invite means arrest in our own vanacular. Because the invitation means you must follow them there and then even if they came out of town. The gun is to ensure you follow them ie arrest. You write statement next and you get "Accommodation" following ie cell. 6 Likes |

If you need a bus load of heavily armed policemen to drop an invitation letter, then the police will go with armoured tank to make an arrest. What a country! 7 Likes |

[quote author=mrvitalis post=80473978]But police has not invited the pastor, the accused No wonder people don't speak up in Nigeria [/quote If accuse me without evidence it's defamation of character. If i go to the police you'll be called upon for questioning. Please don't misquote the police if Timi and his wife have reported to the police first Biodun would have been called. Twitter and Instagram is not police station. Let's do things the right way Busola was wrong for going public without going through the law proceedings none of you criticise her but rather heaped praises on her. Most people even call for immediate step down from the pastor he did so what else do you guys want? Do you expect Biodun to be playing publicity stunt with Busola. Biodun did the right thing going through the police, it's now Busola needs all the people who liked and share her share on board . 5 Likes |

seguno2: What's shithole about what the police did? If the police called Dakolo privately people like you will say the police wants to manipulate the case. When Nnamdi cownu wanted to undergo private trial you guys complained that it should be made public for transparency now you're criticizing this one. 5 Likes |

Fatoyinbo might not be worthy to be called a pastor for all the allegations made against by many ladies but I can say it constructively that nothing of rape occurred in their mating, the dude must have used tricking, seduction, monetary and sugar coated approach to get to the ladies pvssy Timi the dumb guy is fighting the lost battle, him and his family might end up being the victims as this allegation made against fatoyinbo is more of experimental allegation than logical one that doesn't only lack evidences but lack imbalance and unstable expression the case rule might end up as a blackmail and defamation of character in favour of Fatoyinbo 6 Likes 1 Share |

Those of you that are say Busola is a victim, where is the evidence that the pastor rape her. After many yrs of marriage before she open up to her husband what other secrets is she hiding. What about if the pastor is innocent. 2 Likes |

Marpol: that's why I use might not be worthy to be called a pastor but does she have evidence to prove that at the court of law as the man denied having any intimacy with her and her family silence on the ongoing case is not going to help here. in this kind of case she needs documented and pictorial evidence than her emotional, sentimental and her expression evidences 1 Like |

A lot of folks are just commenting without taking into cognizance the sequence of events that happened yesterday. first there is no evedence that the police went with a truck load of ARMED police men to deliver the invite. what Timi first reported on social media was that strange men with guns were camped in front his house(he never said they were police men) the picture he posted was that of a white bus with the driver sitting and relaxing comfortablly.the armed men were not seen. it was one activist that now contacted the lagos RRS,these RRS gun trotting men were the ones seen on the street.there were even some police men on mufti seen among them. now when it became public knowledge that the ' strange men with guns' were police that came to deliver an invitation ,Timi came to social media again to tell the world that his lawyer had earlier informed him about this and that he had been expecting the letter. so why is he disturbing our peace and tying to mislead the public into believing that they were assasins when he already had prior knowledge. 8 Likes |
