Most chemical engineers ended up in the refineries; most petroleum engineers ended up in NPDC, and so on and so forth. A few who had solid network influenced their posting (typical everywhere even in private firms). Married ladies had the opportunity to choose the state of preference. For instance, a friend whose family was based in PH chose PH. She was posted to PH refinery.

No be lie... Na so I write NNPC test for Dec 6th 2014 and got interview invite which ws truncated. I was hopeful ooooo till I saw another application lmao.

ONLY graduates of engineering, physical sciences (e.g. maths, physics, chemistry, etc) and geology underwent the training.

Graduates of biological sciences and non-science related courses were not part of the training.

Good question.

Accommodation and food will be provided. Food is actually really nice. In 2012, they utilized Edjeba in Warri (that was the centre Shell used for SITP in the past). It's a really nice and quiet environment.

You are expected to pass, but no one was sent back home in 2012 after the training. Ideally, it should be possible to send you packing but realistically, I doubt they will ever do so, at least not on the basis of performance.

2012 induction was done from August 6th to August 31st (3 weeks). After which the FSTP began by September 10th at Edjeba Learning Village (ELV), Warri. And I think it is a residential training with basic amenities and feeding provided.

what of the three weeks induction, do we have to find accommodation in Abuja. Am asking because I don't want to impose on the person that offered me accommodation d last time. He did everything for me to d extent that I feel embarrassed to imposed on him again
