I really hate the situation of the country now and the regime but Atiku is taking us for a fool ride. By law of engagement before inec can do anything with electronic transmission it has to be very glaring to not just the contestant but also the voters . when I voted all I did was thumb print, I did not do any electronic voting hence no inec can come tell me my vote was transmitted electronically. Also inec can set up an electronic backup or anything they may call it to aid transmission but with the situation of this country no sane person will want our vote to be electronically. We can't have e-voting system just yet . the communication system is not sufficient for this and that nullifies any electronic voting process . I say Atiku should face his fears of defeat and save is the unnecessary polity heat up. The quest is to know whether a server existed during the Presidential elections for the purpose of eventually transmitting the results towards announcing the eventual winner. And remember that when the petitioners are quoting Mike Igini during an interview he granted, they should remember to also quote the INEC chairman, Mahmood Yakubu during an interview he also granted. Yakubu is INEC’s head but Igini is a Resident Electoral Commissioner and not the head of INEC’s ICT department.

Yes you can have a voters verification server and system and not have an electronic voting system that should include transmission. Have heard before that in United States of america votes that where conducted manually where transmitted electronically??. We can only transmit votes electronically when we have e-voting. Because somebody that voted manually is not expecting you to go behind and enter result they are not aware of. Assuming the way votes are counted at polling unit and pasted there for verification , inec showed details of electronic transmission to the voters too and agents then we can have a case. But if in the manual authentic result we have A and electronic transmission we have B then we have to discard the electronic transmission because it's not authentic

Many testify to transmitting the result not just one witness and the particular witness said the code was in his phone if needed.

The issue of server and transmission of results have been materially proved.

Inec/apc said they will argue on the side of law during their defense. That simply tells you they know server existence is done and sealed.

The good thing is, inec doesn't need any law expressly to transmit result to its server. It is an administrative procedure.

We are having an interesting case at hand.
