Young man, there is no case that cannot be probed anytime but this case at hand is belated and establishing it will become a difficult task to surmount. A rape caught red-handed still posed difficulty lest the one upward of 20 years.
Ask any lawyer they will plainly tell you, Dakolos' case is a difficult one. I don't think they ever think it would become a big case like this. I presumed all they wanted is just to shake the waters and cause Biodun to panic but now beyond their scope.
I'm not saying Biodun didn't have knowledge of Busola neither am I saying Biodun did it. The set back for Busola would be want of evidence because in court of law you must prove beyond reasonable doubt that he actually did it.
