Make sure you include your appointment letter and state your current salary. Your finance is okay since you have a sponsor. As for your brother, let him increase his personal account to let say 20-25mil( I want to believe he is the one covering your tuition and living expenses). Also, a letter from him stating why he is sponsoring you(very clear because you are his brother and he wants to invest in you as family).
In all you do make sure you submit your appointment letter and salary SOA (state your salary)

Thnks bro. Remmeber I said I was also on a loan. Or I shouldnt worry about that?

The study leave approval is ok but try to gt ur employer to say there's space for u when you come back and possibly a promotion, that will work I guess.
Jaylap:
Please apart from Study leave approval letter what else can I use to tackle this refusal. Thanks

Very sane sensible response, I admire ur maturity boss, kudos... I pity the whining men and the people around them, very bad sight to behold :nagging men, I pass.

@obehi44 is actually right on this, purpose of visit is bigger than you think. Though people(few) have reapplied without ordering their gcms note and got approved but that is just guess work. Only gcms note can give the real reasons behind every denial. All we can do here without seeing the gcms note is guess. So I will advise the concerned person to order for his gcms note before reapplying.

The leave approval should state the conditions binding the consent, I don't know if it's the same with introduction, others should answer that

pls i have to problems to sort out
1. need to oder for my GCMS notes
2. how do i draw this family tree if this Aunt is a bit distance.. you know our African setting.\

1. There’s a link on the first page of previous threads.
2. I can’t really help you with the specifics, show blood relationship I guess ? .. depending on statements you made in the SOP. This is also where history of previous help could add credibility to her sponsorship.

Improve that section of your SOP. Include supporting documents / facts to support statements made in your SOP.
Specific things to write about include but are not limited to: Salary potential of program after completion in Naira, Current opportunities in Nigeria, entrepreneurial opportunities if applicable etc
If you’re planning on reapplying in > 1 month and you want to be 100% sure you’re tackling all possible reasons, apply for your GCMS note.

Since your brother is the main sponsor you won't have problem (I want to believe he is the one covering everything), let him increase the amount in his personal account before you apply. He should submit his personal SOA, that of his company, his company CAC, tax papers and anything that proves he owns the company.
NB: He should for no reason say it is the company that is sponsoring you, let him act as your sponsor but also submit the company's papers to show he is capable to pay your fees beyond the first year of your study.

Guys,

I just received the scary BVL from Nairobi this morning. Message came at 5:35am. I applied on the 28th of May, did biometrics on the 29th, received call for medical on the 23th of June, went for medical on the 3rd and was asked to take another X-ray because IOM couldn't upload mine. Took the X-ray on the 12th of July and my profile was updated to "medical passed" on the 16th of July.

Then I saw this email and logged into my account to see the correspondence letter and it was a BVL!!!!. Do you guys think I am about to get some bad news?

Guys,

I just received Approval email this morning and realised my passport request actually came yesterday!!!!! Praise God people!!!!

I submitted all the other things required but I made bulk payments into my account and did not have up to four months statement.

I paid half of my fees for VIU MBA. I have a lot of work experience (since 2006) but I stated that I am currently an entrepreneur that just started my business. I have travel history to US, UK, Singapore, Thailand so I guess it helped.

Bsc might raise a red flag...he said he’s a graduate. Why not post graduate diploma/certificate? At least that’s a progression of career.

Hello everyone, I want to share my testimony here.
you all have been really helpful. I was denied to the US last year for a study visa and deferred my admission to this year. Along the line i applied to a school in Canada, got admitted for the program and started my processing. I also booked my US visa interview but I believed Canada would accept me. On the eve of my US interview, I got a rejection mail from Canada. I was really down, as God would have it, I got approved to the US the next day!!!!!. To that person that things seem bleak for, try again, have faith and be rest assured it would work out. Thank you!
