From my source:

1. 1000GTs to get Apl’s and 250 EH’s needed.
2. Competition is stiff all round but most especially for EH cadre because interview scores are close and about 5 to be selected per state and about 8 in oil producing states.
3. No consideration for CBT scores as they were aggregated as just pass on their database
4. It’s all down to fine margins.
5. Selection is being worked on now and we should hear from them by early August

I wish everyone the best of luck

Why shortlist about 9,000 if you will employ only 1,250, why not shortlist the top 4000 or 3500?? There will be so many heartbreaks when the APL drops.

Thanks.

Expressed similar view in this article I wrote before the last elections

https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.thisdaylive.com/index.php/2019/02/11/petroleum-industry-outlook-post-2019-elections/amp/

Interesting perspective, remarkable. But then I have a thought on this: "Personally, I believe the eventual winner going whole hog on deregulation will not be a bad idea"

Don't you think deregulation is risky? That it has more tendencies, especially in an economy like ours, of creating an uncertain long-term policy environment and undermines public trust?

PS: I like your style of writing.

Now these are the real issues about this recruitment.

In coming days, the reality of how the final list will be will become clearer.

People did well. I was told of guys who scored 90s in the interview. In fact, I was told of the score of someone close to me by my source and he said: "If it's passing, she passed but what state is she from?" So you can imagine.

If we are all honest, a very large number of people had wonderful interview experience and the panelists didn't make anything easier by displaying positive mannerisms towards everyone. So you can't say really.

This recruitment will end and a lot of people will not make it, not cos they didn't do well, but FCC is at work here.

No theory as already propounded here will work, trust me.

FCC vs Available Roles will be the deciding factor. Na all of us pass but pass get level pass pass.

Peace

So from your previous post, it's been established that the interview scores would be a determinant for final grading before other factors will be considered?

The 5 or 8/state is strictly for EH, Right?

Ladies and gentlemen, brace for impact!!! In 2012 about 5000 people were shortlisted, and less than 600 people were employed.

Don't mind them, it's because either their "sauce" is just ordinary NNPC worker, who only know what we already knew like the rumoured number of applicants to be employed, or they're just playing with us. It was these same "sauces" that were saying Tfare and APL has no correlation, and everyone will be paid, yet Tfare seems to be stopped for a week now, and they have no idea on that.

All these APL is coming by August first week, about 1400 to be employed, oil producing states having extra slots, are no new things honestly, we knew these things already. The biggest news that can come from any source is to tell us why the Tfare was stopped.

Not that the same source that said tfare is in batches, Tfare has no correlation with APL, or everyone will be paid, will still come and be speaking in parables on how he/she doesn't care about Tfare, but the main prize which is APL.

It's either your source is just a sauce, or you're hiding something from us.
