I really feel ashamed to see this angry. I've been on this thread for more than two months but I've always been discouraged by terrible ratings, the little cents I get paid after hours of work and epileptic power supply around here. You are right, patience and hard work it is. Well done, bro.

Don't need to be ashame for anything. Once you've got it, you've got it. I as you said light was an added advantage.

Guys what happened to the former thread? I've been searching for it ever since.

There's a huge world of difference between transcribing on a PC and on a smartphone, the major advantage of phones is just the battery and maybe mobility plus the automatic text prediction also helps too, but PC is king. grin
If your typing speed on PC is poor tho, you may find it a little more difficult than it should be.
If only I could get something like a Microsoft Surface laptop with 8 hours battery life...

You shouldn't be now. They are no longer as stone-cold as they used to be.
They're now lenient.

Imagine, when you have a poor rating, you have the grace to redo it.
It wasn't like that before, remember?
This is arguably one of the best times to take advantage.

It is possible that some Nigerians on Slack did not pass through here.

Someone on Slack once talked about PayPal not working in Nigeria, and that he doesn't know how he'll get his money.
Those guys know people from Nigeria.

Let us properly take our time to read from this thread, so that Arlen and co. don't start looking for dots to connect in the statement.

If you've applied before and you failed the transcription test, to apply again u need to use a new email. Once u apply again and u are directed to where u will take the test, simply refresh ur browser continuously till u see clip 6 (the test audio). Then copy and paste the quoted text above and submit.

N.B: Passing the transcription test is the easiest part

Thanks bro, I am here in the thread.I also failed the test.

"Hi German,I want to go back ...(didn't get this).More than anything,I want to fine make sure we find time and account for sure (demo).I think if you and other stakeholders see the product in action, they will be able to understand why we are able to o make such grandeur statements. If we are not able to improve the efficiency of your sales force at least 10% in the first most month, you will have full money back guaranteed.

This was what I transcribed and I was rejected but I know I didn't get it right.

Read through FAQ

When transcribing and there's something you are not sure of check Faq and google.

All right. I'll try again.

I think we are supposed to start transcribing each time stamp with in capital letter, right?

I'm beginning to wonder about the efficiency of their rating.
I went through most of my works we're I got 5 and still saw some errors.

Not that I don't want the 5, but it confuses me as I don't know what to correct.

No. Unless it's a new sentence. Consider it a cut and join.

if you capture the conversation well enough, they'll be lenient. But it can get reaudited.

If it's the beginning of a sentence then u capitalize, but if it's a continuation from the sentence in the previous time stamp then u don't capitalize.
