It depends on the form of diplomatic practice in practice our stupid leaders have refused to move on from the archaic absolute immunity which first world nations have moved from because it doesn't differentiate between personal and official duties, immunity covers all, to functional immunity which only grants immunity when carrying out official duties.

This is a worse case senerio, such can only happen in Nigeria .
