I am sure if nigerian diplomat commits crime on their soil, he will be arrested first and detained for as long as it takes. Diplomatic immunity does not prevent arrest and detention. It is while in detention both countries negotiate. This is proper procedure. But in this case in nigeria, stupid immunity begins just for being White. This has nothing to do with Buhari. It is Law enforcement that needs to get to work and do the needful by taking fingerprint, mugshot and detain him while suspect country negotiate his bail. If Nigeria fails to do with due process, then, this is not a country but a group of different people packed like sardine on a land called nigeria to figure out things themselves without rule of law.
