Of a truth, I think I'm one of the most mentally stable Nigerian but I must confess I do get suicide thoughts when I see the things happening these days. Let's find them out and reach out to them while they live and before they leave.

I have this one friend I can tell everything, he is that friend that is closer than a brother, if he is not available I talk to my sister, I can't keep certain things to mysef, recently I have gone through a lot but talking to these two has really helped me, always get one person you can talk to when you feel like you ain't breathing anymore, depression is a spirit that get fulfillment in loneliness, outside praying learn to talk.

OK. Got it. I am passing through similar thing the poor dude faced,and even more. I can say I am stronger cos I am still alive. I haven't just got to my own limits.
