Talentboy: I stand to be corrected. Hepatitis is not included in the list of test conducted for the purpose of a study permit. I can remember vividly tests like HIV and syphilis as the one carried out. In rare cases when they notice a high blood pressure you can be asked to conduct a test on your liver (LFT) that is only when the issue might come up. I know someone who is in Canada as I speak to you who has hepatitis and still passed the test. Inasmuch as am not a guru I think hepatitis is not included. Muster up the courage and go for your test. 1 Like |

When i went for my medicals(which is taking too long to be uploaded by the way) i asked the doctor about the tests and for blood test i was told HiV, syphilis and creatinine level(for kidney function) then urinalysis for urine. I don't think hepatitis is there and i believe they are mandated to tell you what the blood is for. I stand to be corrected sha Opana1: |

NwanyiOkpa: I felt I liked Carleton's Technology Innovation Management programme + baba, I was just shooting my shots. I also applied to Queens University in Kingston, ON but I got a rejection. Besides, I applied to like 5 colleges last year, I got admitted by 3 of them, but decided not to pursue them further so I started to apply to universities. 1 Like |

You’re right. When I went for my medicals I had a long chat with the doctor. They’ll only ask you if you have any existing health condition. Except they see reasons that might make them think otherwise the hepatitis test won’t be carried out. Opana1: 1 Like |

Good morning house. please i have a challenge. i want to apply for a post degree diploma in Douglas college and they are requesting i send my results to WES first for evaluation to confirm that my HND is equivalent to a three yrs program. My challenge here is that before my school and WES will finish their rigorous processes i may miss the admission deadline for Winter which is 30th September. Please i need advise. you can as well recommend for me any other college that offer PGD Accounting. Thanks. |

I just did my medicals and I remember the doctor said Hepatitis B might results in failed Medicaid as it is easily transferable. Blood samples collected might be tested with so many things to detect which is which. But the main reason of the medical is to let the govt prepared for your case at the worse scenario. Tvickie: |

Morning guys, here I’m confused. Do you mean you submitted your application or passport. If Application and still yet to hear from them, my advice is that you pray and still wait on their decision. Well as I can say maybe you’ve been considered. But if passport submission and no return, I have no explanation Babarinde146: |

You can try schools that doesn’t require WES if you assumed you’d miss out on admission MOBAN444: |

Having HIV does not necessarily means rejection, drugs are developed for such people to live a wonderful life. However, viruses easily transmitted by breath, touch etc are not allowed.—-IOM DOCTOR NwanyiOkpa: |

Good Morning. to the best of my knowledge, you can either wait till the next admission deadline or explain your current situation to the school, they might grant you a conditional offer if you meet up with their requirement, pending when you sort your credential evaluation with WES. MOBAN444: |

Have you consider deferring your admission cox I don’t think it is advisable to use a visit visa for schooling. gunvi: |
