Royal Niger company is now trending on twitter and is seems Nigerians are not really aware that their country was bought in business deal. The tweet started trending after people listened to Burna boy's song ANOTHER STORY, in his recently released album.

The intro of the song gave a brief history on how Nigeria as a country was bought by the British via a company called Royal Niger Campany , and that company is today regarded as UNILEVER.

Using the Bank of England's Inflation calculator, that £865,000 from 1900 is worth £104 million or N47.5 billion today. Mark Zuckerberg can buy Nigeria 581 Times. We were sold for peanuts.

History should be made compulsory in all Nigerian schools. If it was, this won't be trending on twitter.

The first step to kill a man is to deny him his history, They remove history from Nigeria curriculum & the masses foolishly follow them.

People like us know, follower of Mazi Nnamdi kanu know, that's why we called Nigeria British contraption, but our oppressors said is God that made Nizooria but they are wrong.

They know that if people knows their root the will be reacting differently from their present reaction.

thats why I feel so irritated whenever I hear that “our God made country “ crap. Nigeria is so demonic and it’s formed and sustained with lots of bloodshed already.. any man made product must definitely have an expiry date just like this country and that’s what most people fail to understand.. it’s expiry date is fast approaching

When Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was screaming on top of his voice on radio Biafra about this same dehumanizing fact, most hypocrites hated him for it.

Maybe he should have sang it in a song.

The idea of white men creating a nation for us and forcing us like farm animals is the biggest disrespect to African.

But yet those Africans are willing to kill their own to protect the white mans fake creation.

Knowledge is power. Some people don’t want us to have knowledge of the past in order to prevent our greatness.

Na Israel and Jerusalem full their head. Nigeria, like many other Africans, were European creations - businesses for them.

The ruins of Royal niger company headquarters can be spotted in my hometown Akassa in Brass lga bayelsa state.
Infact there is a street in akassa called UAC(United africa Company)...

The effect of the war between King Koko of Nembe and the British Aka ''Brass Oil War'' was that public opinion in Britain turned against the the Royal Nigeria Company, so its charter was revoked in 1899.

Following the revoking of its charter, the the Royal Niger Company sold its holdings to the British government for £865,000

The exact price The british paid Royal niger company for nigeria territory in today's exchange rate (£46,407,250(NGN12,550,427,783.81 )
