Please, can you also suggest the best courier service to use in sending one's documents to SK?

@judith989, if you don't mind answering, which school did you apply for?

I used TnT which is sub of FedEx since they have merged. It took about 3-5 working days...you can always always ask them before sending. You will be told the worst case scenario.

I hope it helps.

Thank you very much for even replying, i want to apply for the Korean government scholarship but i want to know if these grades are acceptable and if anyone knows people who have been accepted with equal or lower grades than mine

This is difficult to answer cos it's very competitive and there are two tracks (University and Embassy tracks)....but in general the result is quite average and it is not a bad idea giving it a shot.

You can print your bank statement from anywhere, it doesn't necessarily have to be in Lagos.

It does state to be from the state of application except if that has changed. I stand be corrected if I am wrong though. You can always call them(Embassy) directly if there is anything you need to know. That is always advisable.

They wouldn't specify by country....just do your best with the application, submit, go on your kneel and start praying to God. It is highly competitive due to the benefits attached but people from Nigerian and other African countries are getting so you can get it as well. God is a favourable God.

But reserved quota means the amount of person they can take and for Nigeria it's 1 yes or no

If I may ask, why trouble yourself about the reserved quota when there are schools that give scholarship to ALL international students, plus monthly stipends?

Is there something I'm.missing here?

Please, when filling your application, in the space for SOP, if the space isn't enough, is there another way to go around it?

Also, we've heard a lot of wonderful things about SK. I'll like to know, since u r already on ground, are there "negative" aspects we should prepare for before coming? (Aside language barrier)

I checked your school and they don't offer the course I want. I noticed that SK universities are kinda specific and limited in courses they offer in a way, unlike here where one university can offer almost all courses

Yeah, they are technology inclined. I'm sorry I don't know of any other, I only searched for schools offering biotech courses. Apologies
