Icecreamy:1) No, I don't have a degree in education. Your degree of study mustn't be the same with your work NOC. 2)I submitted reference letter from the school in CIC format printed on the school's letter headed paper, bank statement showing my alawee and my NYSC discharge certificate. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Nwachinemelu226: From a similar case I read on Canadavisa, a guy whose spouse once had a canadian PR but didnt renew or apply for citizenship applied for EE adding her to his application. IRCC removed her from the application and refunded him for the fee paid for the spouse (citing that she once had a PR which they renewed instead of treating her application as a fresh one) and gave the guy his PR too. I will suggest you apply as a family of 3, submit all the required documents and state in your LOE in addition to the proof of citizenship that the baby is a canadian. You may be refunded. Deciding not to include her because she's already a citizen may delay your application with you having to submit additional documents post AOR. You can google the case I citied for more information. All the best. 3 Likes 1 Share |

terrymason: Thank You. Just to be sure about the Certification in IT, if I register for it would I be able to use it as two certificates to boost my score? I heard about it recently. I made a call to one of the BCS representatives in the U.K, She said registration closes on the 31st which is next week Wednesday... |

Good morning house. Thanks for all you do. Please this is very urgent. We recently got ITA and our medicals is soon (3weeks time). Yesterday we found out wifey is pregnant. Please will this affect our medical result? Will they still do the medicals for us? Will this delay our application in any way? Please I need advice please. Especially about people that have gone through the same process or been in the same situation. Thanks. |

Hello all, does it matter if the transfers done to me from the same person are in two tranches and from different accounts? Will one gift deed be enough to cover both transactions? |

jmnsimone: Thanks to you and the rest of the family for the prompt response. Two quick follow up questions 1. Can the online form be submitted post ITA without doing medical or medical has to be done before submission. I am trying to be realistic to know if I can indeed have the AOR as soon as ITA is received due to the IELTS that is about to expire in august and I am also worried that due to the delays with getting appointment for medicals it can impact the timeline for submission if it is required before I can submit the documents. 2. My daughter was born in the US and she is yet to have a Nigerian passport as we used ETC to bring her back to Nigeria at the time. Can we use her US passport for the PR process or we must get a Nigerian passport? |

ednut1:Hello Canadian. My brother wants to send d lump sum of money to my account as POF but I feel it might raise queries from the VO. I have not done my IELTS yet but I'm looking forward to doing that. My question is do I tell him to send the money every month or send d lump sum and do a gift deed. |
