No you don't need to certify the application form, the embassy just need to see it as proof that you're applying for schools. The max no of sets of docs is 5 I don't think you need to show 5 application forms (I stand to be corrected)

yay...... i just received my appointment date for 19th of september, booked on the 8th of july. i actually booked before they downgraded second class lower degree holders to category B, guys hope this wont be a problems.

The semester fee doesn't cover any ticket so you would have to become a guest student at chemnitz so you get their semester ticket that takes you around saxony.

Just to add to what sassy92 said, you can only certify 5 sets of documents with the embassy at once. Not more than 5 sets.
A set includes transcript, bsc certificate or Waec certificate where applicable, IELTS or English proficiency letter, extra documents and the application form of the school you wish to apply to.
The embassy won't certify any of ur set if you don't have an application form from a school. U can download it on the school course website.

Mine is from Sept 23-27 and it has to be in person. Courses might defer though.
