kingayy: Just make your mind up that you can do this. Sometimes you get easy calls, most times you don't. I did 4 calls today and all where FC. And you if you're going to work on QA, you cannot escape that for now. If a call is clear you can manage it like that. If not you just waste all your release. 1 Like |

psyqs: Please note the difference. There's FC, FC.U.K, FC. Collections... FC is more like the regular calls from SR, but FC.U.K... I RELEASE ASAP! |

brijibs: I mean FC UK FC is America CHouse is Australia FC UK and CH are the ones with accent. But if you're lucky to jam HLight or Srun, then you're good to go. I only release the once that have heavy accent or the audio is not clear. 4 Likes |

omerukokwuru: The last image shows you already picked a call. Simply click on 'click here to start audio', when that stops showing, listen to audio and edit, then click on the bottom green box 'save & edit next statement' to load other statements in the call 1 Like |

omerukokwuru: Kindly delete the confidential images and obstruct confidential information from the images if you are to receive help from this thread. This thread wouldn't have even lasted long enough for you to get this info if we had been posting such. Not only will NL be forced to take it down when the companies report, but litigation might also be initiated against you when the leak is traced to you. Checked slack this morning and I saw this from arrlenn in response to an African: " and all other good African team members - I need your help because a big portion of the transcribers who are making bad impact to our team output and risking our relationship with clients are for a fact from the African Region. I'm trying my best to curb these people but when I remove one, 10 will follow. Its getting to be really bad for QAWorld. I don't want to have to request to make it very hard for Africans to get into QA World - but I will when push comes to shove. " This is very serious. |

thorrvik55:Yes. This boys will be doing this with gragra. Don't get on a platform acting like you know it all while you're delivering poor jobs. They get on the platform and don't watch the training videos, don't read the FAQ, don't follow the sample transcripts etc. Shey I told you guys there's a reason why Nigerians and other Africans get kicked out of platforms. |
