I am an importer of drinks so I have an Idea or 2 about night life business.
Now I am going to list a few ways you could make money from all those categories;
Manager;
You make money from this cadre by smuggling in your own drinks to sell along with what's in the stock of the club.
Take for instance moet and chandon brut imperial in that club may go for 30k a bottle whereas wholesale price is 75k a carton of 6 bottles.
THAT makes the cost per bottle at 12,500.so the extra 17500 per bottle is yours and you can easily bring in yours on a busy weekend to replace that at the bar and manipulate the books of sales that happened that night as a manager of the facility.
Bartender;
Now you make money here only from tips.
Are you a woman?do you have better yarnsh and tight Toto?if yes please go for this since it is the least risky cadre of this business since you can always get a clientele of admirers that will be tipping you steady and if your pussy is worth it,you'll upgrade from tips to full time prostitute money from big boys
Supervisor;
Thus cadre makes money only by striking deals with the manager because deals like that can't be mutually exclusive from the 2 cadres ie any backyard business have to concern these 2 offices since one will always rat the other if they aren't benefiting from the deal together.
But I like club manager more,you will also make plenty connections with mega boys that will lead to fruitful deals in future.

If 70% of the club clientele is Nigerians then the best positions are supervisor and manager.

If it's a 70% oyibo(excluding Lebanese) clientele and you are very charming and a great flirt, then be a bartender.

Being smart, having an eye for lonely clients who always come alone for long drinks, being a great conversationslist, having a listening ear, attention to details e.g. knowing a clients regular drinks, cigar brand, dress code, dance moves etc will help you hit a jackpot real FAST as a bartender.

Also never discuss, talk about or give your opinion about a clients girl(s) or women with him. Even if he prompts, just smile and say " she is beautiful".
Make your clients companion/girls/women to like you by complimenting their hair, looks, shoes, whatever. Leave positive impressions only, even with known oloshos.
