Siemens mobile is ever ready to build.
The question is if the FG is ready to do everything it takes in funding, policy and will power.

It would take a lot of movement, construction and deconstruction to get 24 hrs electricity in Nigeria.

If we continue like this in Nigeria we will not get to anywhere. Bet me. In 3 years from now this administration will end, and another one enters and sign new deal on power with France and Netrherlands. The same old story and someone will come here and justify that. Kwantinue!

Can u accept the fact that this administration signs and implements? if yes then be hopeful that it will implement this one also.

Indeed we are the real enemies of our progress.

Good move from the leadership... The country needs more of such meaningful partnerships, especially in the areas of security, defense (Military), Health, Education,.. Sigh... In short, hand the nation over to U.N... This is beyond the retired general. undecided

Well, my cry is actually having continuity in the administrative system of this country. My concern is always the future of this country. This administration can not finish all the agreements or contracts they are entering with foreign expert, that is for sure. So, what happens to that contract after they left is what my concerns are. I think we should enact a law that really takes care of that.

Germany never colonized Nigeria. They didn't have much interest like other European countries in colonizing Africa, instead they were interested in ruling fellow Europeans, and as a result ruled Europe but lost their African colonies, except Namibia.

Germany will indeed keep their side of the bargain but your very fantastically corrupt politicians would mess up everything over the coming years.

Indeed we have failed as a country and Nigeria has failed the African continent. Other African countries are supposed to ask Nigeria to come and help them fix their power situation, but here we are. A black man, hardly able to govern himself. The electricity grid we are using today was mainly bequeathed to us by Britain our colonial masters, another European country, with little additions over the years. Shame.

11GW is not enough to power lagos and Ogun let alone Nigeria. In addition 11GW is the peak power and not the distribution load.
I think as of April, I saw a news on premium times that Nigeria now generate only 3,522 megawatts of electricity for it entire population so 11000 megawatts of electricity means 3times of what we have now

Familiarize yourself with the proper usage of the tenses, then come back if you actually have something sensible to say.
