Don't mind some deluded people without exposure. They feel that choosing to remain at a lowly post automatically spells poverty. Such decisions should actually depend on the benefits. If you stand to make more money opening gates than doing an office job, it makes economic sense to keep the gateman job and invest the proceeds.
