*INEC overwhelmed, chickens out, refused to present witness/evidence at the Tribunal*

In what looks like a sign of defeat, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), has chickened out at today’s hearing of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal.

The electoral body who is the 1st respondent was supposed to call its witnesses today but announced to the court that the commission does not have any witness/evidence to present to the court.

The announcement came as a rude shock to the court. This is a sign that the commission is overwhelmed with the overwhelming evidences/witnesses presented by the PDP and Atiku/Obi.

The court has now adjourned to Tuesday, July 30, 2019 by 2pm for the 2nd Respondent, Muhammadu Buhari to present his defense.

Una wan still dey deceive Atiku say him get case, Inec saw there was no need to waste it's time and that of the court because the man Atiku has no case so why drag on.. When the appellant has show it has no case. Even the server they had hope on crumble on their face, so what's there to argue again?

I don't see PDP winning this

It will not stopped the Buhari Kangaroo tribunal to brazenly still announce Buhari as the winner despite alll the overwhelming evidence that Buhari is seating on a very stolen mandate

Shut up we know the Kangaroo tribunal will declare Buhari the winner but atleast the whole world knows Buhari stole Atikus mandate
