That picture is a consequence of two things.

1. Poor camera quality
2. Poor Lighting.

Check the throw back pictures of almost everyone who took pictures using those outdated Nokia phones and you'll see a marked difference in their complexion compared to the present.

If we are to start banning people for that, then we should as well start banning the people that insult Buhari, Jonathan, Tinubu and other political figures on a daily basis.
