Escalate! Escalate! Escalate! Raise CSE asap. Email VO directly. Call agent some days later. Mail Ralph If employer can give you payslips or cash salary certificate, the better. I am praying for you. All the best! Ps. Cash salary certificate format here https://www.nairaland.com/5031893/canadian-express-entry-federal-skilled/395#77873960 stanzee: 10 Likes 3 Shares |

Thank you very much... It's best you collect what your employer is offering, raise a CSE explaining what you saw and that you are submitting the documents to provide clarity. Don't wait until you're asked cos it might cause further delay, so it's best to be proactive. You can also mail the documents to CPC Ottawa. [/quote] |

There is nothing unfair about this case. @bold is a serious offence, could be misrepresentation, she was lucky she was not banned. This is why it is encouraged to cross-check and re-check documents pre and post-AOR, raise CSEs if necessary and order GCMS early. Generally, the CIC process is quite transparent as against Australia or US and other countries. Tina26: 7 Likes 1 Share |

Good evening house, please I'm currently processing my ECA using PEBC, and I was asked to send my birth certificate, because of the difference in names, which I accounted for by attaching some certified documents earlier(marriage certificate, newspaper publication, one and same person affidavit). Do I send the birth certificate from LG or NPC? Thanks Hi, I had the same issue with PEBC.I sent the LG birth certificate. That's the only birth certificate I have and have always used, and that's what I submitted. Also, I felt the NPC would be new and wasn't sure it would be accepted. The reason for the extra document request is to verify that you used the said name at some point. The LG was accepted. All the best. 3 Likes 1 Share |

The instruction is clear. Work exp over 10 years does not count. Even if it qualifies you for PNP, at the federal level, CIC would strike it out and recalculate your ITA scores. amobola: 1 Like |

Go for it. You might be lucky But note that not having a physical shop does not relieve you of your tax obligations (in case you get tax clearance ADR and want to provide LOE instead, that is not an excuse). It doesn't matter where you do business (heaven or earth; sky or sea). The global rule is you must report taxes in the country where you live, pay your bills and enjoy the infrastructure. @bold is incorrect But if tax is automatically deducted on the website you work and you are sure the tax deductions applies to your income not that of your clients and contractors, print out those tax deductions as proof. Ologunsunny: |

Hello everyone, I am a bit worried about my profile. I have two issuse. 1) I have done my biometrics over a week now and my status has not changed. My status still says “your action is required” please what do i do. Although i can see on my applicant information a biometrics number, date of enrollment and an expiry date. 2) My name was spelt wrongly( instead of “D” in dayo, they put an “O”) this mistake is only on my applicant information. It is spelt correctly on my AOR and my letter to go for biometrics and even on my profile. Please all the gurus here should please shed more light on this issues because i am beginning to panic. Thanks and God bless you all |

For question one, be calm and don't stress yourself because it's likely a system glitch. It will change back to "submitted" after a while. Question 2, that error its likely from your end when you are computing your details post ITA...maybe a CSE or direct call to them can resolve that. Others can give their thoughts too Sam07045: |
