hello nairalanders, i was diagnosed with retina detachment in right eye which will need surgery to correct. At the university of abuja teaching hospital were it was diagnosed, the operation is not performed there but they told me that it's a bit expensive.

This people wanted to finish me with the prize first of all they told me that I am going to take an injection first, which cost about 500,000 to 600,000 and I will do for three times which is once in a month for three months and that will be costing like if I’m going for the 500,000 naira and it will be costing me like 1.5 million naira total for only the injection and when I am done with that. I will now go for surgery which will cost me about 2.5 million naira without medication like I am going to pay for this differently. Please guys. I really need urgent help right now. Thank you
