kulreal: I will advice you as honest as I can. Age has nothing to do with education. Is it better for you that you graduated in time only to join the labour market for up to 5 years and then finally become a business man. If that is not your wish, then study MLS. It has more potential than that chemistry whatever. Your chances of securing a job are higher. How many industriies do we have in Nigeria by the way. The course is over saturated. Unless you want to tell me that your father has an industry waiting for you. With MLS you can be employed in universities where they study such courses, work in hospitals, work in lab centers which are many. You can also setup your own lab which is lucrative. You can also find jobs abroad as you are hot cake. That's my take. Don't make a mistake.. 4 Likes |

BiggyB242: Teach fire. Unless its backed with PGD. Even at that you are limited as its not chemistry. That course is more suited to industry or factory. 1 Like |

Katier00: What are you talking about? People even get jobs at 60 years. Go and check Buharis cabinet if you won't see 70 years plus working there. You are there talking of luck. |

Bobcygan: Dude you don't feed from mouth to mouth. You feed from hand to mouth. Its an expression used to show difficulty or inability of ones earning to carter for him significantly. As in your salary is just enough to carter for your feeding alone. Its limited to feeding alone. No comfort, nothing left for savings or investment. What a way to live! 3 Likes |

You see the mistake we all make is we think time is going, age is not on our side, but I tell you, there is no time you can't achieve whatever you want, it only just depend on how determined you are, so please relax and stay focused and go for MLS/Nursing and when you graduate with good grades, definitely job will find you and not you looking for job. 4 Likes |

kulreal: You didn't say if you are a male or female. Or. May be I didn't read that line.. My short advice for you, go learn work.. Everybody must not go to school. Imagine a banker counting millions that does not belong to him or her. Rather it belongs to those people way get hand work. Making it in life is not by going to school. Except may be you want to be tie down. But considering your age, thank God you Don do the calculation... So you reason am by yourself. Them nor dey tell blind man say rain dey fall. 1 Like |

kulreal:my brother You should be worried about your mindset not age. What's even the difference between 30 and 28?? A guy in my office studied Architecture in a polytechnic for 5 years. He took jamb and DE this year because he couldn't bear the dichotomy, he believes that the future holds better things for him if he could get a degree in Architecture. Age shouldn't be a factor, even if you graduate at 40, the most important thing is graduating as a graduate that is employable, I mean having the right skills and Education 2 Likes |

If you cannot decide then calculate the entire money you have to waste in school gather all and start a good and lucrative business, thank me later. Where is the job ? I've been a graduate for six good years no work, I submitted cv's up and down both online and submitmitting at different firms and companies, nothing after promises upon promises, seeing top people and all, they all give it to their family members or or close relations to work, people when no even get up to my qualification. Start up a business and opt for part time and study quietly Think am well bro I rest my case 1 Like |

hpymoment:Those are easy to grab if one has the basic knowledge of chemistry! Just one department in pharmacy for eg covers all the courses you did in chemistry (in some cases *2 sef). Students in medical and healthcare courses not only contend with having to work hard to understand the numerous courses they are offering, the Nigerian system also set so many other hurdles which one has to cross before graduating. So, you saying that chemistry is "harder" is not true!!! Mind you, I don't disregard chemistry graduates because I understand that they also are important. I'm just trying to make you understand that it's not rosy in those places you think are easy, because I have been to both sides. 1 Like |
