Am not sure but I think started with making example. Deh were talking about snoring and they said Sir Dee and then said the person that snore the loudest in Tuoyo sleeps on the same bed with Diane that if you like the person you would endure and stuffs like that so I think they switched to like talking about how you would tell your partner if they mouth was smelling or something.
