Iphone 6s Plus Display "Sim Not Valid" After Updating by NigerianMan: 10:35am On Aug 01, 2019
Hello House,

I updated my iphone 6s plus this morning and I successfully activated but immediately I put my SIM in the phone it shows SIM NOT VALID

Please help!!!


The message below popped up

SIM NOT VALID

The sim card that you currently have installed in this iphone is from a service provider that is not supported under the activation policy that is currently assigned by the activation server. This is not a hardware issue with the iphone. Please insert another SIM card from a supported service provider or request that this iphone be unlocked by your service provider. Please contact apple for more information

Hello the phone is locked because you updated it so you need tounlocked.
2 things are involved
Either you do a chip unlock which is cheaper
Or a permanent unlock more expensive
