Nigerians:Una dey fall my hand oh. Why are you arguing with Kenyans when you know that the problems we are facing no other African Countries can stand it. Abeg stop. Kenyans can just boast of two cities but Nigeria can coast of more than fifteen so you can see that at least money is going all round.

Dear nigerians I just discovered that there would be a revolution protest starting from the 5th of August which is just few day from now..it would be indefinite. THE theme is # TAKEITBACK ..It is lead by strong and resonable men of the land like of sowore ,fredrick, nnamdi kali. They are protesting for a better nigeria, a 100% corrupt free country, a country that should unlock and achieve its potential so it can have its seats at the global.level..AI therefore urge every Nigerian most especially youths to abadoned BBNAIJA and join this protest to build a nigeria of our dream . Remember usa emerged in the 20th century while china was in the 21st century.it time for Nigeria to rise.

I would be making inquires on the venue nationwide. THANKS

FIRST PHASE OF RESIDENTIAL PLOTS AT ALARO CITY SOLD OUT (where is Tatu city, can average Kenyans even come close to buying plots )

14 June 2019

Alaro City, the new inclusive city in the Lekki Free Zone, has sold out of its first phase of “Buy & Build” residential plots. The serviced plots were recently fully subscribed and phase 2 is now open.

Alaro City, was launched in January as a Joint Venture between the Lagos State Government and Rendeavour, the largest new city builder in Africa, to boost foreign direct investment in Nigeria and create tens of thousands of jobs.

“We expected high uptake of the plots, but the rate at which they sold out has been exceptional,” said Odunayo Ojo, CEO of Alaro City. “Alaro City is situated in a prime location in the Lekki Free Zone, making it one of the most exciting development projects to come to Lagos State. The location and exclusive benefits have undoubtedly been key selling points for buyers,” he continued.

Alaro City is an integrated mixed-use, city-scale development with industrial and logistics locations, complemented by offices, homes, schools, healthcare facilities, hotels, entertainment and 150 hectares (370 acres) of parks and open spaces. Asides the residential sales, there has also been a rapid uptake in commercial plots.

“The Lekki-axis has been a key driver in residential real estate over recent years. Alaro City offers a unique and valued investment proposition that the market clearly recognises,” said Gbenga Olayinan, Chairman of Estate Links Limited, a leading real estate consultancy. “As with any real estate investment, the real trick is to key in early,” he continued.

Located in the North West Quadrant of the Lekki Free Zone, Alaro City lies in the growth path of Lagos, one of Africa’s fastest-growing cities with a population of over 20 million. Alaro City is adjacent to the future international airport, the region’s largest deep-sea port, and major Nigerian and international companies.

Rendeavour, Alaro City’s developer, is building seven new cities in Africa: in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Zambia and Democratic Republic of the Congo. As a master developer, Rendeavour invests over $250 million in each project, creating the infrastructure and living and working spaces that will help sustain and accelerate Africa’s economic growth, m

Don't compare 250M dollar Alaro city - with Tatu City - that is 2.5B dollars. 10 times larger.

Stop playing victims here as if Nigeria is the best in everything.

Hey I have never disputed the facts that nigeria has bad roads (since when did we become america) but my point here is that they are some locations that are worth spending your last card on in terms of maintaining and building of new and existing infastructure and a CBD happens to be one of those prime locations. You can't tell me housing bad broken roads with no sidewalks and high prone to flooding is good.
You may house bad roads in kibera or whatever but not in Westland and upperhill which are your main cbd's..you are making africa look like a joke(the are places tourist tour's)..beside @your pictures I guess that's the roads to kibera or mathare grin grin

They've not been to Kenya. Most of them are Igbos who hate Nigeria because of the civil war. The others are your Kenyan brothers pretending to be Nigerians. You people are well known for that when you lose an argument, an example is one of you masquerading as a Tanzanian here for months. wink

Here is a break-down of the 15 main tech cities:
Lagos, Cairo, Cape Town, Nairobi, and Johannesburg belong to Tier 1, with 20 to 40 hubs each;
Casablanca, Accra, Abidjan, Tunis, and Abuja follow suit as Tier 2 cities, with 15+ hubs each; and
Dakar, Bamako, Kampala, Dar Es Salaam, and Lomé with 10+ hubs are the latest emerging cities.

But interestingly South Africa Botswana and other southern Africa's are much lighter skin than Nigerians but do not make noise. Are they making noise because they are bleaching?

Nigeria's Manufacturing PMI keeps rising. I don't think it's due to efforts of government but the resilient spirit of hardworking smart folks....
Folks are opening small businesses here and there, and the large population helps in that regard.

Please check again. We have only three countries with 50 hubs and above; Nigeria, South Africa and Egypt.
Kenya falls into the next category of those with 20+ and less than 50. You can see Kenya is coloured blue while Nigeria is coloured violet. Nigeria is darker than Kenya in the chart. We have almost double what Kenya has. wink See it again:

Kenya doesn't need any revolution. We already had our revolution in 2002 and are progressing very fast to become a middle class country by 2030.

If you're still running a generator - you need a revolution like now.
