1) Service needs more hands in operational level. Many junior officers has turn to senior
2) The cost of training cadet is much, at d end of intensive training, individual will get more than a million naira which is really cost
3).The managerial styles of different DG is different. But d fact remains many are retiring, so they need people but it may take time.


Just let us be calm. i understand that the waiting is killing especially for those who dont av anything doing just depending on this but they will surely call.
