Truly, I have being seeing PMs from several people since I first commented, but I did not reply anyone, simply because I have nothing to offer to them privately that I have not dropped here before. I personally know 2persons who hasn't been paid for 5th.

Nairaland may not be a good sample size to measure, but I think at least one person shud have received at out the number of 5th in this group.

There is no relationship whatsoever btw APL and tfare.
