baddosky1: You think Buhari, Tinubu and Osibanjo are the only ones responsible for the problems of this country. Look at the region where you come from and take a good look at your very own politicians who have constantly kept your people in poverty and suffering while running to Abuja every now and then to jolificate. And then think again. |

ada9ja: Your profile shows you conduct research for a living, yet you didn't know Sowore started in 1989 when Kanu was a novice/baby. Babangida, Abacha etc jailed Sowore and he was almost killed. Where was Kanu then? Why did you think Saharareporters were the first to support Kanu? Because Sowore understands the patterns. Google please, there were old newspapers of Sowore as far back as 1990s standing beside MKO Abiola during the military era. 3 Likes 2 Shares |

And that we aid and abett the leaders to steal.. followers are the real problems in NIGERIA leaders are only getting into the sordid situation because we stand for everything. what you type is untrue.leaders are the problem in nigeria; followers are never the problem.you and others who think so are ignorant.every NATION has good, evil, gentle, submissive, domineering,(any trait you can think of) people.but it's the leaders that nations have that portray its people; the kind of society they set up; the morals they encourage, etc.adolf hitler and the nazi party took over germany, and made germany a determined, aggressive and conquering nation; all of these reflect the behaviour and nature of hitler and his party, not the german people. |

Most of you saying the ss and se should get involved in the protest should agree in allegiance on that day 5th August wave the Biafra flag and carry the pictures of Tinubu burning it to the ground then maybe you might interest the people whom you all disdain when they massively protest before you woke wide awake 2 Likes 1 Share |

KenModi: Oga...i come from the South East...i don't know the region where you come from but if it is the South West, in response to the bolded, the poverty of my region is the bliss of your own region minus Lagos! As for the support of Tinubu and Osibanjo, I still maintain that the role they played in bringing Buhari into power had taken Nigeria 1000000 steps backward in retrogression! Compare the era of GEJ and now when it comes to security and tell yourself the truth! 4 Likes 1 Share |

Omoslim26: Yeah, we need leaders that will not see elections as opportunity to loot and enrich themselves with the common resources. But people like Sowore are neither here nor there. We saw how he embezzled over 300 million naira donated to him. Is that the kind of man that I will follow? Besides, we don't need more blood than what is being spilled now. Thanks, the message is as stale as the messenger |
Re: #RevolutionNow: Nigerians React To Sowore Arrest, #FreeSowore Trends On Twitter by Damod88: 10:28am On Aug 03, 2019 |
Sowore who participated in last elections is now describing himself a pro democracy and human rights activist, wonder shall never end. Nigerian youths are just too unreasonable to understand the politics Sowore is playing . There are no such things as pro- democracy and human rights activism.Politicians who want to occupy positions of authority but unable because they can't compete with more powerful politicians for the same positions find it more convenient to turn political activism to sway the the gullible masses. Bola Tinubu, during the days of the military, described himself a pro democracy and human rights activist to get the sympathy of the people. What then happened after Tinubu achieved his dream? There is no way Sowore can out compete the bigger politicians for the top job in the land judging from the complex nature of Nigeria. Sowore should have started his political career from his home town for people to know his leadership capacity instead of the presidency.Nigerian democracy is very expensive and Sowore doesn't have the money to compete with the big guns in the system which explains why he has resulted to political activism to get sympathy. He knew he would be arrested and he wanted it to happen so that he could become more popular for future elections. It is just a game for more future votes. |

Tvibes001: No mind the shallow thinking nubiangod9! They called us all sorts of names like "wailers", "customer dadani", "pigs" etc. Now that their son and brother who was also privy to bringing in this administration has been thrown into the dungeon, they are asking wailers to come out and join the protest! I as an Igbo man would rather join the Shiites to protest the release of El Zazaki than to join the #Revolutionwateva protest of Sowore. Let yorubas use their sophistication to go and bring Sowore out! Nonsense and revolution! 5 Likes 1 Share |
