Hmmm, no even try Poland. Success rate is like 10%. They have issues with Nigerians and even ministry of education will tell you same when you go for documents certification.

Cnwag:
To add to this check Poland as well to see if they have her course...some schools are still open till 15th august.

Morning.
Firstly, ma'am Vivianobas dropped my number on the TUM admitted students whatsapp group for over a week now, till now, the admin(if ya seeing this)never add me. Bad!!!
Secondly, I feel so uneasy. I booked on Thursday morning at around 4:30am with Nov 15 as deadline. Please hope Nov 15 is still safe ooo.
It's TUM. Anytime before 5th January is safe. Many students traveled on 25th December last year. TUM. So just pray. All the embassy asks for is a letter from your program coordinator that u can still resume. The coordinator is usually happy to help. So no worries

Tried it last year.
Out of the hundreds of persons that applied to Hertie, only about six got the scholarship.
Willy Brandt admitted 10 on the basis of the scholarship.
So, fire your prayers wella.

Wow!!! No idea it was that competitive. Fasting and prayer activated.

Good morning Sir/Ma, i will be going to Hannover this winter by God grace. I have registered with their Studentenwerk Hannover since June but i don't know what to do next. Is it advisable to get to Germany before getting this accommodation sorted? N.B I have not been interviewed yet for visa thou I'll be going for that this mid August also my program start October 1st with enrollment deadline of September 30th. Please I need enlightenment on this accommodation stuff as I read here that someone must not sign any housing or accommodation contract while still in Nigeria. Please help a brother out of this accommodation stuff. Thanks.

Good day y'all. Happy Sunday too.
I was recently refused an Australian study visa. I have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and up to 4 years of work experience in this field and wish to go for my masters. What prospects do I have as a civil engineer in Germany after my masters.
Thanks so much as I anticipate your kind responses

Germans take contracts very seriously so before you sign anything make sure you are actually staying there. My advice is that you can connect with someone in that place and beg the person to go look at the accommodation and send you pictures/videos. Then decide whether or not you want to stay there.
Remember DO NOT SIGN UNTIL YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY SURE YOU ARE STAYING THERE.

please, what is SL?
honourableseyi:

No, it is not because you will still need the same SL to change your visa to a residence permit and to renew it till the end of your program. So contact them ASAp maybe it was a mistake or something. Shalom

Sponsorship letter
A sponsorship letter is a document required for a Germany visa. It shows that a resident in Germany is willing to host another person coming to Germany and cover their expenses during their stay in Germany.
It's a substitute for blocked Account and scholarship

Accommodation can be very scare and slightly expensive in Hannover especially this winter semester where lots of students are coming in. A friend of mine is currently paying 450 euros monthly. The Hannover studentenwerk accommodation is not also guaranteed, i remember the time i applied then, accommodation was only available a year later. However, the studentenwerk can decide to give you a landlord's contact details so you can talk to... which was what they did for me because they couldnt get a space for me not until after a year (which i later declined)

Concerning signing of contract, it is best to sign accommodation contract while in Germany. However, signing a contract require you to drop your IBAN (international bank acct number). So if you agree to take up the accommdation provided for you while in Nigeria, just know that your bill has started counting starting from the agreed date. During mine, i told the studentenwerk (not hannover) to keep the room for me that i will arrive mid month, when i arrived mid-month, i signed the contract and all but they still debited me for the whole month.

Hello boss, please can you help state some of the reasons Visa applications are denied.

*****the way people just dey mention am recently dey make my heart pound anyhow sad ****

1. There are doubts concerning your study intentions (SL & BA)
2. Your secured subsistence cost is not ensured in Germany (SL)
3. There are doubts regarding your secured subsistence cost in Germany (SL)

Also, it doesnt mean when you dont get your docs back in 2 weeks that somebody cant still be rejected, there are some cases of 2-3 months wait. Its all God's grace. if you receive your docs back 7-10 days after interview, that means embassy didnt even send your docs to the auslanderberhorde of your intented city.

REJECTION WONT BE OUR CASE IJN!!

with the scarcity of dates, the answer is pretty simple.
print out both emails, take them with you. prepare for your earlier date 17/9/2019.

the first date given to you (17/10/2019) is after your resumption date.

so guess they made a mistake and sent you a modified more reasonable date.

above all, prepare and pray, God will see you through to your visum and arrival in DE.

Now, I'm more confused. What exactly should i do now? I have not even gotten any accommodation talk less of signing contract. I don't even know what to do on this accommodation stuff... Like I don't know how to go about it and also I don't know anyone over there. Please just give me an insight, should I just reach Hannover first before I secure or look for any accommodation or what? Just explain it like ABC to me. Danke

6 pages?!!. Most samples I have seen are normally 1 or 2 pages. I haven't seen anything more than that.

I never said people who wrote more than 2 pages won't make it to Germany lol, I'm not sure why you added that.
Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 7 by Tamax: 12:35pm On Aug 04, 2019
Thank you Sir/ Ma for your response, I actually heard about the outrageous increase in accommodation too in Hannover and I think I have no other option than to dance to the tune. I believe that God will provide for me and my helpers to overcome this. Now my issue now is that should I reach Hannover first before I secure or look for any accommodation?

On the signing of contract issue now, I will not sign anything until i step my foot on Germany soil to be on a safer side as you have advised.

What is your advise for me now, I might land in Germany latest second week of October 2019. How should I go about this accommodation. N.B I don't know anything about it. All I have done so far is the registration with studentenwerk Hannover and have not receive any response from them till now since June 12 2019. Thank you

MicroMo:
I believe generally that UK schools are good. Though
Their German campus wont be tuition free. Their masters program is 1 year. I am going for MSc in Gisma business school myself and tuition is 12000 euros. I chose that because my CGP is 2.66, and that is very low when you want to study at any of the free tuition schools especially for a course like mine (Economics /Finance). So if you can afford it, go for it. Advantage is that masters is just 1 year, smaller class size amongst other things. And I think they allow payment in installment
