seyi got huge votes on week 3 eviction day, because of that stunt he pulled..his heroic died d next day after nomination, but thousands had already voted.. 60% of votes cast by voters were on Monday night after nomination.

I stand to be corrected but I think back then method was different. Rather than Vote in favourite contestant, viewers were required to Vote out weakest link or housemate.

Ebuka was marked and recognised as a top contender. Fans of other housemates that saw him as a threat formed a defensive coalition and united to crown Katung the winner after voting him out.

If only Biggie could bring in that method for just this week

Prior to the introduction of Katung Aduwak in season 1, most viewers were still indifferent with regards to the already existing housemates. Katung had a real drive that endeared him to viewers which was lacking in the others, dude won tasks back to back to back... Now?
Tents have already been pitched with the likes of Tacha, Mike & Merike.
As of now, those who re still indifferent as per who to vote
for will likely bandwagon with the tested & trusted.
