Since your mind is questioning you as to why you didn't include your appointment number, I'll suggest you resend the mail quoting your full name, appointment number, passport number and date of interview.
It's not a rule tho, just saying it from my point of view

I don't think embassy acknowledges receipt of the confirmation

Bro thanks. I quoted the appointment number, it's the number on the visa receipt that I didn't quote. Anyways I just believe they have it even though I sent it again with both numbers. And since they don't acknowledge mails then I think it's OK.

Now I'm seriously praying FedEx don't call me This week cuz my appointment was 24/07

Jibowu/Yaba is just 20mins drive to the consulate with light traffic

If your not using taxify/Uber. Then Yaba will be better as you can easily see a bus going to the CMS

Men and brethren just finished my interview. The lady on dreadlocks interviewed me.
After the usual pre-check by Paulinus (the guy was actually nice today although he had to leave cos he was sick),told him I didn't have old biographical docs and he said ok. A girl who had two appointment letters was asked to wait n she was there till I entered and left cos I didn't see her @ the reception. I was the 2nd student visa candidate to be interviewed.
The lady did my biometrics, looked @ my cert and was like "University of Benin"? and I muttered yes ma'am.
Fast forward to the interview.... ..

She: what course?
Me: Ethics - Economics,Law n Politics
She: why this course?
Me: as I begin talk she cuts in and said she wants to know what I Wana do with the course,me I sharparly told her I want to be a political and economic consultant and then establish an NGO for awareness and enlightenment
She: you speak English or German
Me: na so me no hear I said English..lol but she said I have Goethe A1 cert, na so I nod head.
She: Sie HeiSen Sir?
Me: I said my name but mehn the next one wey she speak oboi I lost,I just starred @ her like American wonder.lol she was like "oh never mind" lol
She then basically asked me the normal questions we see here but insisted where I want to work here in Nigeria. The question wanted to take me off balance but I had to sharparly tell her I would love to work in the Judiciary but not as a lawyer but consultant on ethics (all way na way biko)
Las Las my interview didn't waste time but she was insisting I fund quickly and repeated it severally.
To all the men I met today and everyone expecting AM including me,no worry God don do am already
To all those yet to be interviewed or expecting AD, e go surely come, don't panic
And to all the fathers and mothers in the house that have contributed immensely,God bless y'all
And finally to that pH guy that cracked us up with his drama making oga Paulinus to send him to the back, oboi u get mind o
God bless everyone

I stayed with a friend @ Marshall Hill Estate,Ekin,Ajah. We left by 4.35am n took a straight bus (N200) to the back car park of the consulate n we arrived @ abt 35mins time with the small stoppages. Maybe lagosians In the house can advice better.

Please did anyone here write the A1 exam at Goethe Institute on July 8th and if you did, have you been able to view your results online or pick up your certificate?
Results are out but not released online but you can pick it up at Goethe. I can confirm Goethe is closed until sometimes September for break .I go to Goethe regularly.
