In the whole of Europe in the past few seasons, I would say Borussia Dortmund is the King of Savvy Transfers. The profits they have made on many stars like Lewandowski, Gotze (before they got him back for cheaper than they sold), Aubameyang, Kagawa (before his cheap return too), Mats Hummels (before his recent return), Ousmane Dembele, etc is outstandingly outstanding. They also feature but these past few seasons have shown Dortmund to be much more consistent in churning out Big money moves for their stars who were gotten for peanuts years or seasons before. Monaco had it good in the market recently when they made big money off the sales of Mbappe, Tiemoue Bakayoko, Benjamin Mendy, Bernardo Silva, Thomas Lemar, Fabinho. But the profits are not as crazy high as Dortmund's in the past few seasons alone. Benfica just had their biggest with Joao Felix. Only one of Dortmund's transfer business in Ousmane Dembele over-cancels that. Eartquake1: 1 Like |

Monaco made profits in that Mbappe/Bernardo Silva era but after that period, how much more of such crazy savvy business have they done? I know they just sold Tielemans to Leicester permanently but for how much? They've made money too but not as much as Dortmund have in the past few seasons. andrew444: 1 Like |

Leicester now have Caglar Soyuncu, Filip Benkovic, Wes Morgan and Johnny Evans in Central defence. They can afford to buy another CB next season and trust me, Leicester will find another good one. Like Andrew444 said, the next on Leicester's "make-us-huge-profits" list is Ndidi. But I will also add Ben Chilwell. jihday: 1 Like |

Lol... Those clubs know how to do the business when it comes to player transfers. And guess what, no matter how much talents they sell for huge profits, they still have a way of maintaining their status as very competitive sides. They keep churning put talents and picking them up across the globe thanks to their fantastic scouting networks. Just check out this article.... Read it since earlier this year and kept it. It is an article on why Dortmund is Europe's no.1 talents factory based on research dating back to the 2012-2013 season of players transfer. https://www.goal.com/en-ng/lists/pulisic-dembele-borussia-dortmunds-money-making-talent/8dgfmxbz0x3c1m3fm4pbpn0be#1jkrj16uvofr51o7j0xb4jwpzj Cc: Andrew444 Danielnino00: 1 Like 1 Share |
