What's your point exactly? At least reading updates keeps hope alive. If the updates were unnecessary, I doubt if you will still be visiting the thread yourself. I cant believe this thread still exist... anyway i have a question specifically for those of us who are not Education inclined. i read Civil Engineering and i got this teaching job in 2014, but now my worry is this TRN number of a thing and their threat to pull out anyone without the TRN number out from the classroom..

They are just being patient if not they would have made sure only those with TRCN certificates are paid TSS(27% allowance on Teachers Salary)

Don't be afraid no body will sack you but try and get it. In 2017 that was what they said too. I was in their office no need to be panic by what someone very close told me.

Forget it! TRN no TRN, no one can kick u out of your legit job. Worst, You'll be put into non teaching ministries.
So, chill don't give yourself BP.....Our government isnt workers friendly and will always look for loopholes to reduce staff strenght except
if all Teachers that don't have TRCN certificates will be sent to the ministries.Pls.,note that Teachers are about 5 times or more than those in Ministries(core civil servants)

There's a difference between your salary and others in core civil service , that difference is 27% of your basic pay I.e 27% plus what a typical core civil servant in Ministry earns.
