Hello. First, you have to get a pump that works for you (I use a double electric),
plenty feeding bottles (it will be easier if they can feed baby straight without pouring from storage bottles)
and a cooling pack with ice pad to carry the milk you express from work home.

My baby takes milk expressed the previous day, kept in the fridge all through and warmed when he needs to eat.
Let me know if you need any pumping schedule to work with.

Pls mommas recommend an effective breast pump that can pump effectively. My son eats a lot. I got camara but it doesn't pump well

yea really scarce if you get anyone now be careful as it might be fake. A friend of mine bought one recently for her baby and it was fake.

i even called their main distributor for Nigeria in surulere and health plus stores they do not any any for some months now.

the only recourse is if you get someone to buy from uk or other countries for you.

Pls just boil the red leaf and use the water to bath ur baby as was advised by a mama here. Personally I dont do anything for rashes. Simply reduce clothing. Babies get rashes all the time and they always go away eventually.

I thought this issue of antibiotics mixture cream was condemned here like 2 weeks ago. Rashes is a normal thing in babies, it will come and go.

Lets be mindful of the kind of combination we rub on this little one's skin. Ampiclox that the smell is even irritating, I wonder how the baby's body will smell.
