the idiot's problem is that what monaco offered him is slightly below what he got from everton and galatasaray last season. everton wants to sell outright and it seems the only serious team with an offer on the table is the principality side with galatasaray unwilling to come up with the amount the english side demanded but want to take him on loan again which everton declined. whether him like it or not he is going to monaco

That was uncalled for. At the end of the day, it is his career not ours bro

Omeruo knows his own value, that is why he has been on loan for Chelsea for almost 10 years now.

We understand he is now a family man, so making money is his priority, but Chukwueze is still young and doesn't have a wife or kid, so, money should not be his priority, but career growth.

The money will come in due time, whether it is in EPL or La Liga. Messi snd CR7 were collecting small money when they were just starting their careers and they got pay rises as their career profile rose. Omeruo can not make the kind of money those guys are making, till the end of his career, and it is because he was interested in money when he should have been interested in career growth.

Chukwueze does not need such advice.

Messi was making good money as a young man. Even his tax case was from when he was a very young player.

Good move. No be the ones wey dey rush join otororospor, xahkaraspor n others in Turkish 1st n 2nd tier

Nigeria U23 international Kelechi John is being tipped to join former Chelsea midfielder Kylian Hazard at Cercle Brugge before the close of the summer transfer window.

Allnigeriasoccer.com has been informed that Cercle Brugge are in advanced negotiations to sign Kelechi from Rio Ave, with a season-long loan deal being mooted for the versatile defender.

The 20-year-old had attracted interest from an unnamed Turkish club but chose to join Cercle Brugge where his development will be faster.

The leadership of Rio Ave recently held talks with the Dream Team VII star and informed him that he has outgrown their U23 team.

Kelechi was instrumental for Rio Ave U23s in the Liga Revelacao last season and was recognized for his outstanding performance after he was nominated for the Best Player Award in the regular season by the Professional Football Players' Union (SJPF).

He made his debut for Nigeria's Olympic team in an U23 AFCON qualifier against Libya back in March.

Options to replace Ighalo are stepping up.

Young Nigerian players should simply go to Belgium to develop.

Arsenal interest in Coutinho is a sham grin

It was roused up by Arsenal board of directors to improve the appeal of the club and lure top defenders

Taiwo Awoniyi moves to Mainz 05

Former Golden Eaglets star and Liverpool forward, Taiwo Awoniyi has moved to Mainz 05. According to Liverpool’s official website, “Taiwo Awoniyi has joined FSV Mainz 05 on loan until the end of the season, subject to a completed medical and international clearance.

The striker will remain with Jürgen Klopp’s former club for the duration of the 2019-20 campaign after the transfer was agreed on Tuesday.

Awoniyi initially joined the Reds in August 2015 having starred for Nigeria in the U17 World Cup two years earlier. http://www.bellsnews.com/sports/arsenal-coach-hails-ilechukwus-appointment-as-heartland-coach/

The striker has since enjoyed loan stints with FSV Frankfurt, NEC Nijmegen, Royal Excel Mouscron (twice) and KAA Gent.

The 21-year-old scored a total of 14 goals in all competitions in 2018-19, during spells with both Gent and Mouscron.

Awoniyi signed a new long-term contract with Liverpool in the summer of 2018.” The report read.

Taiwo Awoniyi will hope to do well at Mainz 05 to stand a chance of playing for the Super Eagles.
