Unregistered does not just mean nobody has registered it before. It can also mean names that have been registered before, but have dropped/expired, and are available to be registered again from any registrar.

boss this unregistered domain that is free to register by anybody that has been use before what if somebody bought it without doing research for it because since it is available on every registrar people will see it as a new domain and they won't bother to do research for it before buying so in this case if somebody buy it and start selling it or even use it privately will it have any effect in future

That unregistered names are available for registration at various registrars DOES NOT mean they are listed there for everyone to see. Registrars do not list names publicly. You see which name is available based on your search.

The place where expired/unregistered names are listed for all to see is on Expireddomains .net (which is not a registrar) and depending on the historical use and future use , there is no effect in future for registering such names.

I suggest you start reading this thread from Page 0 (if you have not yet done so) in order to grasp the basics of domaining FIRST, before buying any.

If there are other domains in the account and they are more than 60 days old, you MAY consider opening a new account, transfer these other names to the new account, and give the buyer login details to the first account that contains the sold domain.

Make sure you use an Escrow agent to be sure of payment before releasing the domain.
