The truth is you guys should stop pressuring cic, let them do their due diligence peacefully, it is already established that there's numerous applicants, will they kill themselves?? Worse come to worst, u defer please don't tempt them to do haphazard work because it won't favour anyone at all so enough of the complaints already please. 1 Like |

Don't pressure this CIC with webform or any message concerning your application, they hate you telling them what to do and how to do their Job. When you pressure them too much when your application deadline has not elapse, they have no option than to press the refusal BUTTON for you. just Ignore them and continue your normal life. 7 Likes |

Hello House Experts, Trust this meets you well. I have been found inadmissible from Canada for 5 years in accordance with paragraph 40(1)(a) of the IRPA for directly or indirectly misrepresenting or withholding material facts relating to a relevant matter that induces or could induce an error in the administration of the IRPA. I am welcome to reapply if i feel that i can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that my situation meets the requirements. In my study permit application, which i applied for myself, my parent's dont have money, but my strong desire to suceed made me loo for options, so I met a banker that told me that he could have someone move money to my mom's account, so i can submit the bank statement as a proof and sponsor's account. My mom opened an account with a bank and this banker gave me a bank statement which bore my mother's name and account number (which i sent to him) i submitted that for my application. Yes, it was my fault, i should have verified that money was truly sent into the account, i should have gone to the bank to check that money was truly sent in. However, i didnt. i take responsibility for that. so, i submitted a fake bank account. Now, i have been ban. and i just found out that i qualify for the Canada express entry with a high score. I need help to remove or appeal for this. |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 16 by Blije: 9:16am On Aug 07, 2019 |
creg777:Wow, in my own opinion, I’ll advice you just forget about Canada for now. Because you will seem very desperate and will consequently be refused. I mean someone getting banned for study permit application then switching to express entry I dunno if you’re even correct about being able to apply to Canada at all sef... but if you’re correct I don’t think it’ll go down well with any VO Coz they have your records already |

My dear u really get strength to reply people, people that their result is still awaiting think they are in position to mock besides I'm not seeing anyone here sef, all I'm after is anything that can benefit me, some people throw words thinking I recognize them, I barely look at usernames sef left alone remembering coming across one, there r some things that I refuse to give my energy, pettiness is one, I'm too occupied for that, I tell the truth with sincere intention, if ur feeling gets hurt in the process, just know it's not intentional, people are created differently so save ursef the heartbreak, thanks. jessyeve: No one is mocking you. Before you got the bvl, you were equally ranting, so what’s the problem? Why didn’t you realize that they were busy? You really need to calm down. That message was harsh...the @absu***that said the same thing in a subtle manner, that’s how to address people. Na wa!!! |

DanSunday93: Hello DanSunday93, This notes is generic with similarity to other May/June refused applicants based on my observations from notes I laid eyes on this period. The VO concern was about your SOP, maybe it didn't clearly emphasize on the areas of your finance, employment prospects, current employment, economic incentives/benefits of your prospect course, level of establishment etc Also, personal assets and financial status can also come from the side of the sponsor. My advise: 1. Re-write your SOP, and demonstrate the aforementioned likewise addressing the refusal reason (given its just a r. reason which which is less complicated to answer) OR write a separate LOE (as your preference might be). 2. Pay at least your first semester tuition fees (if you've not done so) 3. Include your personal acct statement (if not added before) 4. Include personal property (if applicable or any) 5. Include any financial documents that gives you a reward etc. Good luck! |

justwise:I know what I am saying bro, I also know people still go there to study. Most schools in Europe (non-english speaking countries) don't offer first degree in English language, once they all do the I bet you will hardly see anyone going to UK to study. Tell me the number of international students (especially from Africa) going to UK hasn't reduced in the last 6-7 years. People will still go there because of their standard of education (no doubt) but for someone whose intention is to stay back, they will prefer to go elsewhere (which has been happening lately). 2 Likes |

I believe we are more matured than this. Everyone is entitled to his ot her opinions. To me I don't see anything wrong in whatever she has said, if you are not okay with her reply, then kindly ignore. She gave me a reply one time, I was not comfortable with it and kindly moved on. You don't need to give reply to everyone that steps on your toes. I have followed her from the time she replied me and I discovered that that's her nature and you can't come and change her here. she is straight and you can be straight too. If you are not comfortable with it, then move on, afterall her post is not the only post here. Hundreds of people are on the group and if we all decide to reply to everyone that step on toes or someone's else toe, the group would have turned to something else. Pls let's mind our business and accommodate people for who they are. I don't know her from Adam but if we want to be sincere with ourselves and go back to reas all her post, I think she is straight even though she makes error. and if we are to correct, let's correct in love. this world is too small oooooo. 3 Likes |

jessyeve:You can only stay back for 90days(maximum) which might not be enough to secure a good job, so the only way to stay back will be to apply for another admission or you move out. They know that has reduced to he number of people going there that's why they are talking of changing the rules now, but until they do don't believe them. They make billions of £ from international students and I believe that figure has dropped tremendously 1 Like |

waynee2baba:Justwise refused to highlight that part. One of the reasons people go to UK for undergraduate degree is mainly because they can hardly get schools in other parts of Europe whose language of instruction is English language. Though most of them have realized that now and have started running English sessions for international students, once they all do that I bet UK won't get to see international students (except those ministers children). Though their education standard is high but same goes to some other countries in Europe who need only time to make their mark |
