Johannesburg doesn't belong to this list,maybe in the late 90s and early 2000s,just not in 2019.

By the way, your pic of Gaborone is not the right one.

This is Gaborone.

The person who created this list just did out of assumptions if he can put Joburg and Accra. As a matter of fact, Gaborone should be number one while Kigali can take number two. The rest are just mere follow up but there is no way Accra should be on that list except there is another Accra I don't know about.

Actually Kigali should be on the list but you you know Gaborone in Botswana, trust me that should be the first on the list followed by Kigali.

South african cities should be from number 1 to number 10. That country is very neat. There is no way you can compare kigali or gaborone or nairobi or tanzania to south african cities like pretoria, durban, bloemfontein, port elizabeth, east london, kimberley and a host of other cities. And i am sure there are a lot of very clean cities in western cape.

To be fair though, outside of the city-centre (CBD) Joburg is pretty decent. Perhaps its the same with Accra, haven't been there. My guess is that if this was indeed a professional survey they only roamed the northern suburbs of JHB like Sandton and then went back to compile their report.
