Finally there's one rational person, my dear take kiss I'm really not a bad person oh, I can't intentionally hurt anyone that's y I'm a bit confused when almost everyone act so hurt but then I shrug and say, it's not me, it's the truth that's hurting and it's sincerely not me lol, let's all calm down, I have had my own share of harshness too that was very direct from one raulf or something, did anyone hear me wailing? No! U don't get to control how people respond but u can control how u react to it, food for thought, save yourselves the energy and bitterness please and let's face what we are here for, thanks . victorsol: 1 Like |

Come on, I wasn't harsh. Just like you are a straight person. I am also a straight person who tells the truth. I dont know how to polish it. BVL without medical invite is a straight refusal. Stop acting as if you dont know. You didnt want to accept the truth, so I had to spill the truth to your face. Accept it. I wasn't harsh. I was straight and told you the truth. Stop painting me as a bad person. In your tone of voice, I am only being truthful and saying the truth. Why do you now consider my speaking the truth as being harsh. If its harsh, then know you are also harsh to others. By the way, has the refusal notes dropped? You can share the reasons and if you are humble enough to ask for help, you will be helped. jessyeve: 1 Like |

This is not close to being straight, it was pure attack, I haven't sounded this personal with anyone but again I'm not here to argue. ralfudoh: 1 Like |

creg777: Hello creg777, Sorry to hear about your predicament, but at this point, there is nothing much you can do other than spend money on appeal or judicial review which might not be successfully because you were at fault. Its sad to hear you later got a high score in EE, but you would still be required to show a bank statement during the processing, which might have also led to the latter dealings. In my opinion, irrespective of the application category, I don't think your EE will be successful because your inadmissibility record has been entered on their database making it accessible to other VOs in the future just in case any application from your pops up. Well, you might decide to go ahead with the EE application but its highly not advisable. But before the final refusal (decision), didn't you receive any procedural fairness letter from the VO? If NO, then maybe with this you can build a case for an appeal but i will reiterate that the success is not guaranteed. My advise: Before withdrawing your EE application, request for your gcms notes so to see if the VO entered it into the notes (which definitely will be entered) or the information stated in regards to the possible inadmissibility (ban) and misrepresentation. This can help you with future insights, don't feel reluctant to. BTW when did you apply and when did the refusal came? You have all the possible luck I can wish! 4 Likes 1 Share |

This thread was created for helping one and another, not to bring each other down and make mockery of each other. We are all unique in our own way and that's what makes us special. I don't want to say who is at fault or who isn't, but please let's focus on what this thread was created for(which is helping each other). This back and forth name calling and disregard for each other won't take us anywhere, please let's not full the pages with things that aren't relevant to the issues at hand. Na God I take beg all of us. @justwise take note as well, you have the power to also delete posts that aren't related to what we are discussing (even if na my post). 4 Likes |

Justmellow, thanks for the detailed review of your understanding of the note. I would put all of what you gave highlighted in consideration towards my next application to address the one reason. But I feel it's too late to make a reapplication now as initial September fall resumption is close and people with initial applications are yet to get responses. So I am looking at getting another admission for winter intake, tackle the suggested areas and give it another shot. Thank you JustMellow: |

Blema111: Most likely, especially to countries sharing informations and other immigration policies with Canada. Though, most people getting a ban from Canada could also get a positive decision from "some" other countries in Europe and Asian that doesn't sends Canada or US. |

I think my class was the past batch that got a 2years PSW permit in the UK, that was circa 2011. Truth is, since then the number of people especially from Africa going to the UK has REDUCED. it isn't even about wanting to stay there forever, people also want to gain some international work experience before going back to their homeland, so the lack of a straight PSW permit is a huge disincentive for a lot of people. That 3 months they give now, is nothing and very inadequate to secure a good employment that would help you change your status there. Truth is, there's really nothing in the UK, the jobs aren't there compared to places like Canada or the UK or Australia or even Germany. Getting a decent job in the UK isn't easy-it takes time and processes. If I know what I know now(no regrets anyway) , I would have gone for my Undergraduate in Canada then, rather than the UK. I had the option of Canada and the UK . Canada was taking to long, so I opted for the Uk. UK still has the fastest and most straight forward Uni admission process. You can get 5 offers letters a week from UK universities in a week. mcobex: 1 Like |
