Mi A3 is the global Version. Stock android is not allowed in China because of Google services.

Also know that Mi A3 is the global Version of the Mi CC9E.

The display resolution is a turn off for most people at that price point that is why it is not much talked about.

Two things. Either you don't have 4G coverage in your area or your SIM card haven't been activated.
