Money is the least incentives to influence a workers . better working condition are more valuable. The first criteria for workers is that workers must love what they do or else money will failed to put smiles on the workers face. workers who does not enjoy independency often feel isolated..

what a veiw. men and women are two diffrent biological species. check out the absence and presence of y chromosome, gronade etc..... may be when you study a little biology; you understand why men and women can't be tailored in the same manner. however, kenya as a state can consider providing a child care option in her parliament house. - the part of the huge money spend on salary wastefullly can create comfortable apartment for female mps children and office workers during office time. jobs will be created along. .in this essence (both genders will benefit from this) will be much happier, absenteeism due to ill children will drop and productivity will increase.
