Read his previous post before you comment.. He did his last Biometrics in 2016 and u are advising him not to pay for another Biometrics.. Before u comment on any post, go to the origin of that post.. Peace Chosenone31: |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 16 by makano: 10:53am On Aug 08, 2019 |
Yes u have to pay for another Biometrics since u did the last one in 2016.. The one u did in 2016 is not qualified to be valid for 10 years.. The 10 years stuff started from July 2018... Please be informed, and ignore all posts telling u not to pay for another Biometrics.. You can go to the CIC website to get more info on this subject... Peace emmy4Gold: |

Chosenone31:Sorry for the delay. I think your gcms note will help here, because for CIC to request for an update on your sponsor's SOA means they had checked other aspects of your app and were satisfied with them. I know you have to resume in September, so what you can do now is defer your admission for now while you wait for your gcms note. Once you get it reapply and work a little on your SOP base on what the gcms says. If not that there isn't much time left I would have said you should reapply now (even before seeing the gcms note) but you have less than 1 month to resumption. 2 Likes |

emmy4Gold: makano:We've given him the link to check and he has confirmed that his biometrics is valid. The 10-year biometric validity will be applied retrospectively to applicants to the Temporary Resident Biometric Program (TRBP) who provided their biometric information during or after May 2013: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/identity-management/biometrics/validity.html 1 Like 1 Share |

Chosenone31: This application looks direct and simple, and for the VO to have scrutinize it and sent you for a medical means the application meets the eligibility requirements, but this might not be the case if this application should be passed to another VO. So, in your next reapplication, try to build more on the aspect of home ties. If possible, include your own personal bank statement too. My curiosity: why submit 4 bank account statements? If you don't mind me asking; what banks, closing balance, any lump sum deposit? Also, did you or your dad call the banks to verify if the VO called, and what details was asked? My advise: Most times such as this scenario, the generic letter might not contain an intention of a possible ban and to be on a safe end, request for your gcms notes ASAP so to see what exact information is contained in the notes. Don't be tempted to reapply without seeing the notes. Also, try to apply with either 1 or 2 bank statements. Then other financial documents or fix deposit (if any) can be use as supporting financial document(s). PS: am eager to get answers to the asked questions. All the best! 1 Like |

Hey Guys, Let’s put up our timelines here who have got visa refusal or approval. I am just doing a small survey as to how CIC takes our cases further. From my experience till now, If review of eligibility has started, CIC normally denies within 1 week if they have to. If the application is in eligibility of review for 2-3 weeks, it is mostly positive. Any truth in this statement? 2 Likes |

Hello house, Good day to everyone. I have been reading threads from way back and still following the current discussion on here but my challenge is that I can’t find a Master program for myself yet. I graduated from the university and my course of study was educational management/mathematics , i would like to study a masters degree relating to this in canada. i have done IELTS but my overall band is 6.0 . Please can any one assist me with a cheap school that will accept my score and offer me something related to this field , thank you all for your suggestion. |

4 bank statements because he didn't want to move them to just one to avoid lump sum. Banks Access bank UBA bank 3 different accounts There was no lump sum. We contacted the branch but didn't inquire if the Vo called. And also including my personal Acct statement, I am currently on internship. I don't get paid. So I didn't see any need to attach my bank statement. I concluded nysc in November 2018. Started internship in January 2019 in a family friends engineering firm. I am 23yrs of age. @Chosenone31, I am sorry for the outcome of your application. Your profile looks good. I just have few contributions, 1. Most times in bid to provide financial proof we go a bit over board.. So submitting 4 account statements , isn't a bad idea. But then if two of these statement of account(s) has sufficient funds for your studies you can as well use just two. But if not, create a section in your SOP where you clearly explain these funds. 2. Your SOP would also need a bit of rework. You might also include a letter of explanation addressing the VO's concern.. This is just a delay, so do not feel any kind of way. You will get it. Goodlluck Chosenone31: 2 Likes |

Chosenone31: Just when the Devil wants to play prank with someone’s destiny, if all stated above stands to be the clear scenario, means you got the visa already. Just reapply with a good sop to explain your grounds, these time get a letter from all the banks addressed to the embassy, the vo is also a human they make mistakes too. I know your worried, but don’t worry, what will be, will be. Just my humble opinion peace 1 Like |
