This is a poorly planned job,
1. No proper harzard identification and hazard management
2. No working at height PPE was used
3. Adequate tools and machinery weren't in place e.t.c

The result of these, is the FATALITY we are seeing right there.
It could be avoided.

Last time i checked, Okorocha didn't kill the boy, Ihedioha did.

WTF are you talking about.

NSE (society of engineers ) and Coren has been advising people to stay away from those substandard projects of Mr Rochas Okorocha as they failed all integrity test and may start falling apart soonest. They were actually showing signs of collapse under Rochas govt but he would send men to patch it up. Now that he's no longer there to keep patching the shoddy jobs, they are bound to inevitably give way.

This is inevitable, someone must die because of these Okorocha and APC cheap and poorly done work that is totally useless to us as a people. The place the iron is hanging is ordinary block, this was a trap set by the last administration and someone from that era should be arrested and charged for murder.

We are lucky Ihedioha saw the danger and quickly dismantled the eyesore before it will crash on a fast moving vehicle, setting up a chain reaction that will kill many more people.

Slap yourself

It's a spin story. The governor did not send anybody to dismantle anything. Does that guy and the people there look like govt sent workers? The guy is not dead. It's a spin story by Rochas men. The ex governors substandard works have started caving in and they were paid to be on standby to spin the story on the new governor.

Your a learner. Okorocha left the whole of world bank for 8 years with bad and impassable roads and be doing gates and rubbish, and you expect Ihedioha to start repairing the roads in 3 months?

The effort he has made in destroying things would have patch so many potholes by now.

Look a things objectively, with nothing done in the positive direction, everything done in the negative direction is a step towards backwardness.

If one statue is destroyed without building a new one, its plain backwardness. I wonder when Imolites will decide to move on from the backwardness Okorocha symbolizes. Okorocha is history, why cant you move on.

you people are yet to patch one pothole in Imo state all Okorocha's project are now poor job, those ion has been there for 6years and has not killed anyone or falling only 3months pdp in Imo it's now deathtrap and one person died on the process of removing it.the money used on dismounting this iron would have been used to patch some potholes that are distroying people's car.

I am ashamed on behalf of this ihedioa dude. What exactly does he want to achieve constructively with the thin budget available. As you observed, all these destructions cost money. Doesn't make sense one bit wasting time destroying stuffs.

Where was NSE and Coren when all this was being built. Anyway, all those supporting the new governor know better. What do I know?

When will Ihedioha start infrastucture development? That is the question. Does he have to break down the whole of Imo state? What has happened to the saying "government is continuity? Clearly Ihedioha's target is not just about wiping away all Okorocha's legacies (whether good or bad), but to wipe away every memory of APC in Imo state and the south east.

When will he start building with the so called "lean resources"?

NSE and COREN are people and if you check 99% of them are Imo indigenous people. If they actually said what you said, it is still a political statement not based on an unbiased professional view.

When I see cases like that of Rochas, a full-blown lunatic who ran an entire state government for eight years, I cannot but admire the scale of optimism in people who still have faith in the Nigerian enterprise. . .

If someone set up an explosive and another finds out and sends a worker to defuse it and the worker dies while defusing it, who killed the worker?

NSE and COREN? You say it as if the National body all came down to Imo to vet Okorocha. Mind you 99% of the NSE members in the state are Imo indigenes. COREN is an FG body and does not engage in such state political issues.

Alright. I hope you are right. The scarce resources that have been expended is what sadden my heart.

Misplaced priorities by both governors.
