As much as I'm a strident critic of imperialism and slavery, I don't agree with your position.

The English language is a very beautiful language and it's way more sophisticated and nuanced than the languages of our people. I'd actually prefer to speak English than to speak my tribal language Igbo, simply because not much philosophical thinking can be achieved with Igbo as can be achieved with English. Also, I am a very expressive person and the Igbo language lacks nuance and has a very limited vocabulary. The English language however has a word for almost every form of expression, feeling and characterization.

Secondly, our people are to blame for their enslavement. During the era of slavery and colonialism, it was a norm for powerful nations to conquer weaker nations. Genocides and pogroms were actually common place. In such an era wisdom demanded that pockets of small tribes aggregate to form powerful centralized empires that could withstand outside opposition. But our people went the route of living as isolated pockets of tribes and mini-empires that weren't as powerful as the empires across the Atlantic and north of the Sahara and couldn't match their pace of technological development, hence why they were vulnerable to being easily conquered and exploited.

Our people didn't even have a sophisticated form of writing. An indication that they didn't value knowledge much less care about it's preservation. They lived close to the Atlantic ocean yet they couldn't even build ships to tranverse it, something the Romans and Vikings had perfected hundreds of years before. They were selling their own people for cheap Europeans goods, when they could easily have perfected the art of making those goods themselves before hand, and hence not fall prey to the exploitative strategy of the Europeans. What stopped them from travelling up north and north of the Sahara to gain knowledge from the empires there and bring it back home?

I'm ashamed of my ancestors and I think they deserve what they got.

Joe was talking and then used Tacha as an example...Te next thing Tacha says "u r very stupid for mentioning my name".....then goes on an abusive rant....Joe's response was why am i fool? cos i called Tacha....then he keeps mentioning her name.....and she keeps insulting him....and he tells her what more can u say....be creative....all this in a very calm manner...then he sits to close to her and that was when she hit his face.....he touches the duvet and she hits his hand.....and she says he tried to touch her and retorts....how can i touch her,....i dont touch poo....

Tacha makes it so hard to defend her. And I'm even surprised I could even defend this fool and receive approbation from people. Who are those fools that usually like all my Tacha comments? Tacha is actually a very repugnant human being. Anyone who can't see this must be suffering from a very severe mental difficulty. Every aspect of Tacha inspires repulsion, from her ugly attitude to her unappealing physical appearance; her nose is too big for her face, her eyes are too far apart, her skin is over-bleached and bares evident signs of multi-colouration, her fingers and knees look like burnt plantain, her arms look like the legs of an elephant, her hips aren't in proportion, and her synthetic ass looks they were stuffed with dirty clothes rather than silicon.

Everything about this woman leaves a bad taste in my mouth; from the way she talks to the way she walks. I've never seen a woman so lacking in grace, elegance and refinement.

Tacha is a disrespectful, arrogant, obnoxious dirt-bag who thinks she is better than everyone, when actually she's nothing but a dimwitted, classless hoe. Why can't any of these housemates put this mannerless low-life in her place for goodness sakes?

If I was Joe I'd give her as many slaps and punches as I can before the security team arrives. At least that would readjust her ugly face and give it more symmetry.

Yes I may not agree with some of Tacha's actions but she is only human. Nobody is perfect. She is not the worst character I have seen in this life. Some of us might even be worse than her in real life.

Tacha is actually nice, however, she strikes me as someone who had a lot of issues and hard life while growing up. She lost her mum at a young age and had to hustle to see herself through school. The hard life conditioned her to be very defensive and over-react to issues that can be overlooked.

Nobody is perfect and in this show, I will rather support an imperfect human being and watch her grow. Even Jesus Christ said that he came for sinners and not the righteous. I supported Nina last year and I'm glad that she has grown and now doing very well for herself.

Whether Tacha wins or loses, I will vote and support her till day 99 and beyond, because I believe every human being deserves a chance, no matter how terrible the person might seem. I choose to see a lot of positivities in her and how her negative energy can be channeled into something positive. I believe she will learn from this BBN experience and become a better person, especially with her level of tolerance and anger management.
