You also mentioned that Mikky doesnt ask his clients to pay extra fees when custom request for more funds, yes thats true but the question you should ask is that whats Mikky's shipping rate? the 1k you're told to pay here is about $3 and if you add it to $15 you paid, thats total of $18 which is still less than Mikky's cheapest rate. It's not as if this is payment is now constant, it pops up once in a while when custom decides to flex muscle.
