I am saying hardly will a top league buy and use an African in that position.

Off course, it's not a top club.
They can if he's good enough, it's not a racial thingy Africa no get good AMF, the only one trying is Ziyech and he just extended his contract if he continue performing well someone will buy him

Ayoze is a very good player but not prolific. Iheanacho in a team that suits him is very deadly in front of goal. Ayoze is a better all round player but nacho is more lethal

Iheanacho? Make he surprise us first, Ayoze is not prolific

The la Liga have made omeruo a better player. If Success has stayed in the la Liga for 3 seasons, he would have been a beast by now. Some leagues are not just good for certain player’s development. agents should look at their clients as long term investments.

Iorfa did not Turn Nigeria down, however the three Nigeria origin players in Germany did but we don't stop trying to get them to change allegiance. That's bigotry.

There is a lot if misinformation about Dominic, he was an England international called up at 18 to train with the senior team. He made it intrinsically CLEAR that he would commit at 23.He had to give the English FA the impression he was committed to them.

In his situation he must first of all sort out his long term contractual future and then n disengage himself from England U21 without bad blood.

Well he did all that and at age 20 in March 2017 made that commitment to the NFF officially after a meeting with Rohr at Wolves. Rohr was very receptive made a number of positive commitments to him then Rohr got to Nigeria and everything CHANGED to date.

With regards to decisions by Nigerian origin players. You really need to understand context. The first thing a player needs to do all the time is ALWAYS ensure your long term contractual future.

Playing for England youth pushes your value way up the ladder and gets you lucrative endorsements. So before you start changing allegiance you generally ensure you have tied down all your loose ends.

Effectively playing for Nigeria is not necessarily career enhancing it doesn't give you a boost. If you are already playing in the EPL or Championship you will be in the shop window week in week out. If you perform you will rise and have progression. You do in need the SE to further your career.

These Nigerian origin players boys opting for Nigeria who were already making waves in thier careers. Do it out of love for thier Fatherland.

Oga all these excuses no count, dude turned us down because he tot by 21 he'll be starter for a big team in the epl unfortunately for him his career is on a downward spiral he won't get a look in with the eagles now until he starts playing well

Lies, If Aina was turning out out weekin weekout for Chelsea I can bet my left balls he'll be playing for the three lions now, let Lookman start scoring for fun between now and Sept and Southgate invite him you'll see how he'll rush go there. Players only play for us when they think they have a better chance playing for us than whatever country they were raised and rightly so

His father wanted to use him to hold the nff to ransome. Actually he met with Rohr but by then was demoted by wolves to their u23 team. There is no way Rohr would have called him up when he wasn't seeing playing time in wolves then and on the process we got the likes of Aina and ebuehi who showed more interest playing for us

Exactly. Aina turned us down when first approached. He later had a change of heart when he wasn't even considered for the English u21 team. Lookman had a rethink when he was dropped for the euro u21 tournament few months ago.

Tomori recently declared himself available after noticing he is down the pecking order regards to the central defenders England have in their disposal who are still very young.

The likes of Evertons Keane, stones, tarkowski, maguire, gomez are all ahead of him.

Tammy's case is different because aside rashford England lack a young talented forward who will lead the next generation and that is why they are ready to fight with the last drop of their blood to keep Tammy but once one white kid springs up from no where and scored 15 epl goals a season he will be forgotten

He will get game time but down the pecking order. The likes of zouma, Christensen and rudiger are all ahead of him. He almost signed for Everton on loan but Luis departure made Chelsea cancel the agreement with the toffees.

Tomori is open to playing for us and the nff are working towards that. Him and lookman will join the super eagles soon

I will be Posting a SE HOPEFULS BEST XI every week. This will be a cumulative team of the season.

Here are the guidelines for players to make the team:
A. The player is [still] eligible to represent Nigeria with or without a FIFA clearance
B. The player is not in the current SE set up (which I will define as the last preliminary list released by Coach Rohr)
C. Players will make the team based on accumulation of points from the start of the current season
D. Players' performances will be weighed based on UEFA coefficient ranking of the league they play.

Due to lack of any authoritative ranking for second-tier leagues, I will pitch the second division of the top 4 leagues (Based on UEFA SEASON 18/19 coefficient, England, Spain Germany, and Italy in that order) at par with the Netherlands (ranked 7), Belgium (ranked 8 ), Russia (ranked 9), and Scotland (ranked 10), respectively.
Hence, the modified rankings to accommodate the aforementioned second-tier leagues would be:
1. Premier League
2. La Liga
3. Bundesliga
4. Serie A
5. Primeira Liga
6. Ligue 1
7. Eredivisie || Championship
8. Jupiler Pro League || LaLiga II
9. Russian Premier League || Bundesliga 2
10. Scotland Premiership || Serie B

For the complete UEFA Association Club Coefficients ranking for 18/19 season visit:
https://www.uefa.com/memberassociations/uefarankings/country/seasoncountry/#/yr/2019

E. Available statistics will be taken into consideration as well as video clips. My submissions will be subjective to some extent. So view it as my opinions as it's almost impossible to come up with a perfect standard due to the difficulty of finding some important player performance stats and videos in some leagues.

The main question is do we need RB reinforcement in this team? The purpose is to always improve the team. If we were fully satisfied with what we saw at the AFCON then there will be no room for any argument. First, let's start with our bench. Is our RB options in the bench good enough? If yes, how about those that were placed on standby?
I am not speaking of a 22 man SE team here. I'm thinking 30/35. So there is definitely room for additions/replacements. We must promote continuous competition, meaning new faces who deserve it should be welcome. Let's remove all sentiments. The second question is, is he Nigerian, and is he ready to play for Nigeria today? If you have a son you would treat him as your son, regardless of the past, just as every father has failed in one way or the other. Nigeria as a country being the father, analogously.

Ebuehi is going to be loaned out by benfica. Because of his long layoff, Benfica have decided to loan out Ebuehi so that he can get used to playing regularly again. Hopefully, he is loaned to a decent level.
