"Morale High"— Youth Corper Defeats A Soldier In A Push Up Challenge (Photos)

A Nigerian soldier was made mockery of by a platoon he's heading after a male corper defeated him in a push up challenge.

The soldier who couldn't believe his eyes over the guys strength, had to give up as counting was still ongoing.

Chants of "morale high" fixed the atmosphere as the officer got defeated.

Literally, push ups are like food to soldiers but in this case, we can't really ascertain what went wrong.

It doesn't matter how you do it,the only way to cheat this exercise is to do it fast and doing it fast is the best way to kickstart your body.and you need to inhale as you push up so your muscle can have sufficient oxygen to push your limits,and weight coiling does not help you when it comes to push ups the muscles involved are both different.

This happens almost every year.

It happened in my camp some years ago.

They are mainly trained for Endurance and physical fitness....Notwithstanding no NA Soldier that cant do at least 50 push on a go, so i believe d soja didn't take it serious.
