Don't get deceived by this. There's no support service with Hugodiamond, none whatsoever. In fact they are a terrible company and cannot be trusted. I ordered for a product and paid them for procurement. They procured something else and shipped it. I raised a complaint directly to their boss Ugo, he never fixed the issue and told me to stop complaining. I was stuck with something I didn't order for. They refused to return it and provided no form of compensation. I hope you won't regret using this Hugodiamond like I did. They can't be trusted.

Don't use Hugodiamond.they are a terrible company. I had a very disappointing experience with them. I asked for a product and paid them for procurement , they shipped something different and they were neither willing to return it nor take responsibility to compensate me. I was practically stuck with it despite chatting with their boss Ugo himself. He practically let me understand I should look for ways to market the product and stop complaining.
